How to Use Dryft Sleep Mouth Tape

Dryft Sleep Mouth Tape is an easy, gentle mouth taping tool that can help you improve your nasal breathing while sleeping, or during the day. Here's the four easy steps on how to apply and wear your mouth tape.

1. Remove a single Dryft Sleep Mouth Tape from package

2. Separate liner from lip strip at the divider. Apply to clean, dry, closed lips starting on one side and gently pressing across the lips. You may also place them directly over the center of your lips and press outward if that's more comfortable. Remove the remaining small piece of lip strip backing and dispose.

3. Breathe through your nose normally. Our breathing vent brings comfort, allowing for mouth-breathing if needed.

4. Put your head to rest on that pillow and enjoy a night of blissful sleep!

Skincare Tips:

Dryft Sleep Mouth Tape are made with a gentle adhesive that won't pull or otherwise irritate skin. Be sure to remove or pat dry any skincare products on or around the lips before application to ensure adhesive sticks properly to skin.

Facial Hair / Beard Tips:

If you have a beard or other facial hair, we recommend placing the mouth tape slightly lower on your upper lip so that it's shift slightly lower than if you didn't have facial hair. This ensures the mouth tape fully covers your lower lip, which can help considerably in keeping your lips closed during sleep.
